
Listed below are the "Major," "Moderate" and
"Minor" barriers individuals give as Excuses for not participating in
physical activity or exercise. These barriers were reported in a 1995
survey by the Canadian Fitness and Lifestyle Research Institute in which
more than 2500 Canadians were asked "What prevents you from being more
active, eh?" Click the "Major," "Moderate,"
