Use soup cans as weights. Fill empty plastic milk or juice
containers with dirt/sand/gravel. |

Yard work like gardening and house chores like
sweeping/mopping and vacuuming can be made into a workout. |

Get to your local park, wildlife sanctuary or preserve,
they've got plenty of trails. Take the kids and play tag. |

Walk the stairwell at work during the morning and noon
hours. |

Park the car at the back of the mall lot. Get off the
bus or train a few stops earlier and walk home. |
